Our story
Founded in 2022, Adversify is a specialist penetration testing consultancy.
Born out of a desire to do things differently, Adversify set out to redefine penetration testing engagements and help businesses discover attack paths and vulnerabilities, commonly exploited by real-world adversaries.
Adversify take an attack surface-led approach to penetration testing, rather than focusing on individual technologies. This holistic view ensures comprehensive coverage of the target systems, minimising the risk of security blind spots.
We want to help businesses leverage penetration testing services to challenge cyber security assumptions, assess deployed security controls and guide them through creating effective security testing objectives.
Adversify differ from traditional penetration testing providers by prioritising outcomes over time. Our goal is to help your organisation achieve it's security goals and having experienced it ourselves, we know that sometimes fixed-term engagements, don't always go to plan and can leave critical issues unexplored.
Therefore, to make sure your organisation gets the most out of its penetration test, we design all our penetration testing engagements with a series of deliverables and are sold for a fixed project price.

Daniel Horvath
Founder and Senior Penetration Tester
Dan became a penetration tester in 2017, after serving within a specialist cyber crime unit in his local police force.
During his career, Dan has worked for multiple security consultancies and helped defend organisations in both the public and private sector.
A specialist in both external perimeter and internal enterprise network penetration testing, Dan believes that a true security testing engagement must encompass the entire attack surface, else it's not providing full security assurance.
Dan is passionate about helping businesses become more secure and founded Adversify off the back of a desire to provide penetration testing services that move past theoretical risk and help businesses defend against current real-world adversaries.
Dan's vision was to create a business of like-minded offensive security professionals who want to go above and beyond for businesses and openly share knowledge with our clients and the community, to improve cyber security for all organisations.
